1.Description

3.The structure and working principle
⑴WQ series multifunction pneumatic drilling kava is mainly by the slip seat, slip, combined cylinder, pneumatic control system, kava teeth, guide rod, the righting ring, mud-scraping disc, connecting rod, the support plate and other components, with drilling platform source as power source.

4.The use of operation
Mounting and dismounting:
⑴pneumatic slip before use, the operator shall be responsible for the confirmation of the clamping tool of the total load should not exceed the pneumatic clip for safety working load, recommended safety working load and0.8 times of the rated load.

The use of operation:

This can be unloading operation.
⑵drilling operation, tube column joint well buckled, driller's manipulation of kava pneumatic valve, so that the lower end of the cylinder inlet, then lifting the drill string, then, in the cylinder under the action of the drill rod and the lifting and the slip body under the function of friction, slip along the slip seat upward and outward open cone at the same time, loosen the pipe column, so that a channel, can smoothly transferring pipe column. ⑶drilling operations, when the well head skew more serious, each to a tube column joints should slow down the running speed, to prevent the pipe column joint collision slip, causing damage and failure.
